Return and Exchange Policy
- All sales are final and not eligible for a return, refund or credit. Please choose carefully before you order. If you have any question about a particular item before purchase, please contact us @ customerservice@kekapyoung.com.
- Clearance item is sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained
Damaged items:
- We inspect our shipments before shipping. But in the event you received a damaged or stained item, please contact us immediately either via the contact us form or email us at customerservice@kekapyoug.com within 48 h. We will refund the money.
- Item returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONEDwith all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
- Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Kekap young is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
