Return and Exchange Policy

  1. All sales are final and not eligible for return, refund or credit. Please choose carefully before you order.  If you have any questions about a particular item before purchase, please contact us @ customerservice@kekapyoung.com.
  2. Clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds or cancellations will be considered.

 

Damaged items:

  1. We inspect all our products before shipping. But in the event you received a damaged or stained item, please contact us immediately either via the contact us form or email us at customerservice@kekapyoug.com within 48 hours to receive instructions for how to return the product.
  2. Items returned due to damage must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging.
