Return and Exchange Policy
- All sales are final and not eligible for return, refund or credit. Please choose carefully before you order. If you have any questions about a particular item before purchase, please contact us @ customerservice@kekapyoung.com.
- Clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds or cancellations will be considered.
Damaged items:
- We inspect all our products before shipping. But in the event you received a damaged or stained item, please contact us immediately either via the contact us form or email us at customerservice@kekapyoug.com within 48 hours to receive instructions for how to return the product.
- Items returned due to damage must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging.
